RETURN TERMS

At TRENDY CLOSET BOUTIQUE LLC, we are committed to providing every customer with a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return or refund according to the following policy:

1. Return Period
   You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions

Items must be in new, undamaged, and in their original packaging;

Please contact our customer service team for return authorization before returning the item;

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs;

If the item is damaged during shipping or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package, and we will provide a replacement or refund.

3. Return Process

Contact our customer service team via email, stating your order number and reason for return;

After confirmation, customer service will provide return instructions and address;

Pack the item properly and return it to the designated address;

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Instructions
   Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times by banks or payment platforms may cause delays in arrival of funds, generally taking 5–10 business days.
